All Products sold by REVPEP are strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are NOT intended for, and have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for:

• Use as food, drugs, cosmetics, or supplements

REVPEP does not provide any medical advice, treatment recommendations, or claims of efficacy or safety. Any information on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or scientific advice.

By purchasing any Product, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are a qualified researcher or authorized institutional purchaser and that you will use the Products in strict compliance with all applicable laws and ethical guidelines. REVPEP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect misuse or non-compliance.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance by REVPEP in its sole discretion.

• Shipping times are estimates only. REVPEP is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

• You are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance, or regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction. International shipments may be subject to seizure or destruction by authorities; REVPEP is not responsible for such losses.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of the Products (research chemicals), all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted except in cases of proven manufacturing defect or shipping damage (reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence). Any approved refund will be issued at REVPEP’s sole discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.

REVPEP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR RESEARCH NEEDS, THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVPEP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL REVPEP’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REVPEP and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of any Product; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) any research, testing, or other activity conducted with the Products.
